Franchises & multi-location

One loyalty program. Every location. One view from head office.

Head office sets the program — the mechanics, the caps, the offers, the wording. Each counter runs it in two taps. You see every location on its own line, and the whole brand on the last one.

The view below is a product illustration — fictional brand, sample data. It is not a screenshot of a real customer's dashboard.

Head-office rollup: each location on its own line, the brand total on the last. Every figure is verified against that location's nightly sales export before it counts.

Cross-location

One member, one balance, any counter.

A regular who earns downtown redeems in the suburbs. Stamps, points and gift-card balances follow the member from location to location instead of stopping at the door — so your program feels like one brand, not five separate punch cards that don't know about each other.

  • Shared stamp, point and tier balances across your locations — on the Pro plan: up to 3 locations, more on request.
  • A gift card sold at one location is redeemed at any of them — and it never expires and never carries a dormancy fee, as Québec's Consumer Protection Act requires.
  • The member sees one balance on their phone, in French or English, on a wallet card with nothing to download.
  • Stamps and points recorded at the counter post as pending, then verify overnight against each location's sales export — so a busy Saturday can't quietly double-count.

Head-office visibility

Every location on its own line. The brand on the last.

You shouldn't need five dashboards and a spreadsheet to answer "how is the program doing?". The owner dashboard shows each location separately and the banner as a whole — same figures, same definitions, everywhere.

  • Visits per member per month, per location and brand-wide.
  • Top customers, and lapsed-regular (RFM) lists the location that lost them can actually act on.
  • Gift-card liability per location and rolled up — the number your accountant asks for at year end.
  • A weekly digest lands in the owner's inbox, so nobody has to remember to log in.

Brand control

Head office sets the program. Locations run it.

Program rules live in one place. The counter app is PIN-gated and handles the day-to-day — enrol a customer, stamp a visit, redeem a reward, sell or reload a gift card. It does not change the rules, and it doesn't need to be taught twice.

  • One set of mechanics for the banner: stamp card, points per dollar, tiers, caps, bonus events, birthday bonuses.
  • Bilingual message templates, French first — the wording your brand approved, not what each counter improvises.
  • Campaign guardrails are enforced by the platform, not by a memo: quiet hours 21h–9h, max 2 marketing texts per member per week, STOP/ARRET honoured instantly, consent first.
  • Staff enrol members at the counter; the member gets a magic link by text and their card lives on their phone from then on.

Onboarding & migration

From paper punch cards to launch, with us on the call.

Most multi-location owners are migrating, not starting: a drawer of paper cards, a legacy program nobody logs into, a spreadsheet of phone numbers. The Pro plan includes onboarding — we set the program up with you, location by location, and train the counters before you announce it.

  • Works with any POS that exports a daily sales CSV — no POS API, no new terminal, no integration project.
  • Bring the member list you already have; we load it with you before launch so day one isn't day zero.
  • Marketing texts only go to members whose consent is on file — an old list doesn't grant new consent, and we won't pretend otherwise.
  • Your regulars don't start over: the stamps on their paper card are credited at the counter when staff enrol them.

Cross-location balances are a Pro feature

The Pro plan supports up to 3 locations, more on request. Starter and Growth run a single location. If your banner is bigger than that, say so on the demo — we'll be straight about what we support today rather than sell you a roadmap.

Questions

Franchise questions, answered

We have more than three locations. Can Perkaria handle us?

The Pro plan supports up to 3 locations, more on request. Past that we'd rather look at it with you than promise a number on a web page. Perkaria runs a real Montréal counter today — Rockaberry Jean-Talon — and we'd rather grow with you honestly than oversell. Book a franchise demo and we'll tell you exactly where we stand.

Do all our locations need the same POS?

No. Perkaria never touches your POS — there is no API to integrate. Each location exports its daily sales CSV and Perkaria reconciles it overnight. Stamps and points recorded at the counter sit as pending until that export verifies them, so a location on a different till still lands in the same rollup, on the same schedule.

Does a gift card sold at one location work at another?

Yes, on Pro: one balance, redeemable at any of your locations, and the customer can check it themselves on your public balance page. It never expires and never carries a dormancy fee — Québec's Consumer Protection Act requires that, and Perkaria enforces it in the product rather than in a footnote.
